The Voice Artist in Me
You and your business is what my business is all about. What solutions can I provide for you? How can I help to make your projects shine? My business? It’s all about your success!
As a professional voice talent and narrator, I can take your projects from “good to great” (a comment from one of my regular clients). Whether a commercial, an eLearning project, an explainer video or the voice on your telephone system, your clients will appreciate the step up from average to extraordinary.
My voice has a classic, mid-Atlantic, neutral accent sound. Your calm, warm, understanding friend or that other one that is super quirky, energetic and fun! How do my clients describe me and my voice? Intelligent, organized, dependable, articulate, conversational, natural storyteller, voice of integrity, warm-hearted, fun, energetic and even, when the script calls for it, a little bit sassy!
How in the World did I get here?
My degrees? A BS in Education of the Hearing Impaired and Elementary Education and an MS in Environmental Resource Management. So how in the world did I become a voice artist? Well, the threads that weave through all that I have done is communication and sharing knowledge! One of my passions is to share knowledge. Whatever form that may take is irrelevant, as long as I am sharing knowledge. I worked for many years as an educator with a focus on water resources. Voiceover was a part of that role. Online training, webinars, video production; it all became a huge part of that education experience. It was a natural progression to train in the voice arts and become better at that form of communication. And, well, here I am! A full-time, well-seasoned, professionally trained voice artist with a professional studio who you can count on for five star service and quality!
The Gal Behind the Mic
I love to help people. I love making people’s days better, if even for a moment. I love my husband and my family. I love my friends. I love my dog. I love to be outside enjoying nature by hiking, kayaking, boating, gardening and an abundance of other outdoor activities. I love to travel. I love music. I love to sing. Love. It’s a good thing!
